Workplace Health
Accident risk, exposure to toxic chemicals, poor workplace process organization, uncomfortable or stressful or hazardous working postures and movements, psychosocial hazards or work stressors, jobs ill-adapted to employees' physical or psychological abilities are among the conditions that degrade workers' physical and mental health.
What do we know about issues of gender and health in the workplace? Are we all equally likely to age in good health? What new health issues are workers subjected to by today’s new forms of production and work organization? Have lockdown and remote working affected men’s and women’s health in the same ways? And what quantification tools will reveal those complex, difficult-to-capture effects?
