Politics, institutions, and populations

Our third major research area focuses primarily on interactions between policy (or policies) and population, population groups, or the individuals of which they are composed. Its covers studies of public policies with particular attention to education and access to rights, notably in the case of vulnerable population groups. Studies in this area also concern the institutions in charge of specific population groups (such as dependent persons or prisons inmates) and their impact on individual life trajectories.
